Po\u0161to je nas nekolicina u Zaje\u010daru i Boru progla\u0161eno tehnolo\u0161kim vi\u0161kom i ponu\u0111ena nam je mogu\u0107nost sporazumnog raskida ugovora uz otpremninu.\u0160ta se de\u0161ava sa neiskori\u0161\u0107enim danima godi\u0161njeg odmora?<\/p>\n<p>Molim Vas za \u0161to hitniji odgovor jer je to pitanje koje interesuje sve kolege koji odlaze iz firme. I da li postoji jo\u0161 ne\u0161to \u0161to bi smo trebali da znamo vezano za tu stvar.<\/p>\n<p>Unapred zahvalan<\/p>\n<p><strong>Advokat sindikata:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Po\u0161tovani ,<\/p>\n<p>Preporuka je da se godi\u0161nji odmor iskoristi u toku kalendarske godine na koju se odnosi.<\/p>\n<p>Zaposleni ima pravo da koristi godi\u0161nji odmor u dva ili vi\u0161e od dva dela, na li\u010dni zahtev, pod uslovom da to dozvoljavaju organizacija rada i potrebe posla kod Poslodavca.<\/p>\n<p>Kori\u0161\u0107enje godi\u0161njeg odmora na na\u010din odre\u0111en prethodnim stavom ne uti\u010de na obavezu Zaposlenog da iskoristi deo godi\u0161njeg odmora u neprekidnom trajanju od najmanje dve radne nedelje u toku kalendarske godine u kojoj ostvaruje pravo na godi\u0161nji odmor, a ostatak najkasnije do 30.juna slede\u0107e godine.<\/p>\n<p>Poslodavac mo\u017ee da izmeni vreme odre\u0111eno za kori\u0161\u0107enje godi\u0161njeg odmora ako to zahtevaju potrebe posla, najkasnije 5 (pet) radnih dana pre dana odre\u0111enog za kori\u0161\u0107enje godi\u0161njeg odmora.Poslodavac treba da obezbedi Re\u0161enja o kori\u0161\u0107enju godi\u0161njeg odmora i obave\u0161tenja iz prethodnog stava zaposlenima u elektronskoj formi, putem poslovnih e-mail adresa zaposlenih.
