{"id":1613,"date":"2022-01-19T23:27:27","date_gmt":"2022-01-19T22:27:27","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/unitel.rs\/telenor\/?p=1613"},"modified":"2022-01-19T23:28:15","modified_gmt":"2022-01-19T22:28:15","slug":"reprezentativnost-sindikata-u-telenoru","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/unitel.rs\/yettel\/reprezentativnost-sindikata-u-telenoru\/","title":{"rendered":"Reprezentativnost sindikata u Telenoru"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"fusion-fullwidth fullwidth-box fusion-builder-row-1 fusion-flex-container nonhundred-percent-fullwidth non-hundred-percent-height-scrolling\" style=\"--awb-border-radius-top-left:0px;--awb-border-radius-top-right:0px;--awb-border-radius-bottom-right:0px;--awb-border-radius-bottom-left:0px;--awb-flex-wrap:wrap;\" ><div class=\"fusion-builder-row fusion-row fusion-flex-align-items-flex-start fusion-flex-content-wrap\" style=\"max-width:calc( 1300px + 0px );margin-left: calc(-0px \/ 2 );margin-right: calc(-0px \/ 2 );\"><div class=\"fusion-layout-column fusion_builder_column fusion-builder-column-0 fusion_builder_column_1_1 1_1 fusion-flex-column\" style=\"--awb-bg-size:cover;--awb-width-large:100%;--awb-margin-top-large:0px;--awb-spacing-right-large:0px;--awb-margin-bottom-large:20px;--awb-spacing-left-large:0px;--awb-width-medium:100%;--awb-spacing-right-medium:0px;--awb-spacing-left-medium:0px;--awb-width-small:100%;--awb-spacing-right-small:0px;--awb-spacing-left-small:0px;\"><div class=\"fusion-column-wrapper fusion-flex-justify-content-flex-start fusion-content-layout-column\"><div class=\"fusion-text fusion-text-1\"><h1>Reprezentativnost sindikata u Telenoru<\/h1>\n<p>Po\u0161tovane kolege, kao \u0161to smo vas ve\u0107 obavestili nalazimo se u pripremnom periodu za pregovore sa Poslodavcem.<\/p>\n<p>Tema je <strong>Kolektivni ugovor<\/strong>, koji \u0107e va\u017eiti za sve zaposlene u Telenoru u periodu od 2022 -2025.<\/p>\n<p>U skladu sa \u010dlanom 233 stav.1 i stav.2 \u00a0<strong>Zakona o radu Republike Srbije<\/strong>, Telenor se obratio sindikatu Zahtevom za <strong>pr-eispitivanjem<\/strong> utvr\u0111ene reprezentativnosti.<\/p>\n<p>Da vas podsetimo, na \u00a0osnovu <strong>\u010dlanova <\/strong>218 i 219. \u00a0<strong>Zakona o Radu \u00a0Republike Srbije<\/strong> sindikat se smatra reprezentativnim ako je :<\/p>\n<p>1) Osnovan i deluje na na\u010delima slobode sindikalnog organizovanja i delovanja;<\/p>\n<p>2) Nezavisan od dr\u017eavnih organa i poslodavaca;<\/p>\n<p>3) Finansira prete\u017eno iz \u010dlanarine i drugih sopstvenih izvora;<\/p>\n<p>4) Potreban broj \u010dlanova na osnovu pristupnica u skladu sa \u010dl. 219 \u00a0i \u010dl. 220. ovog zakona;<\/p>\n<p>5) Upisan u registar u skladu sa zakonom i drugim propisom.<\/p>\n<p>Prilikom utvr\u0111ivanja reprezentativnosti Poslodavac utrdjuje originalnost pristupnica. Ako je sve po Zakonu on donosi RE\u0160ENJE o utvrdjenoj reprezenativnosti sindikata.<\/p>\n<p>Samo Sindikat gde je u\u010dlanjeno najmanje <strong>15% zaposlenih<\/strong> od ukupnog broja zaposlenih kod poslodavca smatra\u0107e se REPREZENTATIVNIM (\u010dlan 218. Zakona o radu).<\/p>\n<p>U tom smilsu Telenor \u0107e formira\u0107e posebnu komisiju za <strong>utvr\u0111ivanje reprezentativnosti<\/strong> i organizovati sastanak na kojem \u0107e se izvr\u0161iti preispitivanje utvr\u0111ene reprezentativnosti sindikalne organizacije Sindikat je du\u017ean da u skladu sa relevantnim \u010dlanom 218. Zakona o radu, pripremi svu potrebnu dokumentaciju.<\/p>\n<p>Procena je da da Telenor ima 1500 zaposlenih u stalnom random odnosu.
