Od ukupno 1554 zaposlenih u Telenoru 391 su \u010dlanovi na\u0161eg sindikata (u prilogu kopija re\u0161enja). U skladu sa Zakonom o radu, ovo re\u0161enje traje tri godine.<\/p>\n<p>Podse\u0107amo vas da po Zakonu o radu, samo sa reprezentativni sindikat mo\u017ee kolektivno da pregovara. Reprezentativnost je jedini na\u010din, da se sindikat \u2013 a kroz sindikat i zaposleni \u2013 uklju\u010de u dono\u0161enje odluka poslodavca, a koje su bitne za uslove rada svih zaposlenih, za na\u0161e radno okru\u017eenje, za elemente bitne za radni odnos svakog od nas.<\/p>\n<p>Kao i uvek ishod pregovora zavisi od snage sindikata. Samo jaki sindikati, istorije je to pokazala, imaju uticaj na pregovore sa poslodavcem. Broj\u010dano mali sindikati ne pregovaraju, oni\u00a0 participiraju u tim pregovorima. S tim u vezi slobodni smo da vas pozivamo kao zaposlene koji su dali poverenje sindikatu da razgovarate sa svojim kolegama koji se jo\u0161 nisu odlu\u010dili da nam se pridru\u017ee, da ih tokom razgovora upoznate sa na\u0161im radom i pozovete ih da postanu na\u0161i \u010dlanovi. Na taj na\u010din pove\u0107ali bismo na\u0161 procenat reprezentativnosti i stvorili bolje izglede da toku ovih pregovora sa\u010duvamo postoje\u0107e benefite iz Kolektivnog ugovora i poku\u0161amo da ga osna\u017eimo dodatnim koje bismo u va\u0161e ime predlo\u017eili Poslodavcu.<\/p>\n<p>Uz va\u0161u pomo\u0107 i zajedni\u010dkim anga\u017eovanjem, verujemo da \u0107emo kroz konstruktivan dijalog do\u0107i do najboljih re\u0161enja koja \u0107e zaposlenima obezbediti dobre uslove za rad, a Telenoru obezbediti status atraktivnog poslodavca.<\/p>\n<p>Za sva dodatna pitanja mo\u017eete se
