Tokom pregovora, izvr\u0161eno je pore\u0111enje svih aspekata Ugovora sa tr\u017ei\u0161nim uslovima, kako bi bilo kreirano najbolje kolektivno re\u0161enje za na\u0161e zaposlene.\u00a0Neki od tih benefita zagarantovani su Zakonom o radu, ali zna\u010dajno vi\u0161i u pore\u0111enju sa tr\u017ei\u0161nim prosekom, kao na primer\u00a0<strong>regres i naknada za topli obrok, \u010diji iznosi su i do 50 odsto vi\u0161i od prose\u010dnog<\/strong>, ili\u00a0<strong>minimalnih 25 dana godi\u0161njeg odmora<\/strong>, umesto 20 dana propisanih Zakonom. Druge pogodnosti nisu propisane zakonom i osmi\u0161ljene su specijalno za zaposlene Mobi Banke, kao na primer\u00a0<strong>dodatno zdravstveno osiguranje s mogu\u0107no\u0161\u0107u uklju\u010denja \u010dlanova porodice po povla\u0161\u0107enim uslovima<\/strong>,\u00a0<strong>Ambulanta za zaposlene, topli obrok\u00a0u iznosu od 176 eur bruto mese\u010dno, rekreacija, novogodi\u0161nji pokloni za decu zaposlenih, poklon za ro\u0111enje deteta u iznosu od 40,000 RSD i sli\u010dno.<\/strong>\u00a0Tako\u0111e, jaka socijalna komponenta pru\u017ea finansijsku podr\u0161ku i druge mere za\u0161tite u slu\u010daju ozbiljnih zdravstvenih problema, gubitka posla i drugih te\u0161kih \u017eivotnih situacija.Osnovna svrha Ugovora je da omogu\u0107i zaposlenima i poslodavcima da reguli\u0161u radne odnose zajedni\u010dkim dogovorom.
