Naj\u010de\u0161\u0107e pitanje je za\u0161to Kolektivnu ugovor vazi za sve zaposlene u Yettelu a ne samo za one koji su \u010dlanovi. Najcesce pitanje je zasto Kolektivnu ugovor vazi za sve zaposlene u Yettelu a ne samo za one koji su clanovi. Pokusacemo da odgovorimo?!<\/p>\n<p><strong>Kolektivni ugovor (KU) <\/strong>koji trenutno u\u017eivamo kao zaposleni u Yettelu ne va\u017ei samo za \u010dlanove sindikata. Po Zakonu o radu, jednom kada se KU potpi\u0161e sa poslodavcem i primenjuje u okviru firme, on automatski va\u017ei za sve zaposlene, bez obzira da li su \u010dlanovi sindikata ili ne.<\/p>\n<p>Na prvi pogled, to mo\u017ee izgledati kao prednost za one koji nisu \u010dlanovi: koriste benefite, a ne pla\u0107aju \u010dlanarinu. Ali upravo u tome se krije najve\u0107a <strong>nepravda \u2014 i opasnost<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ko stvara Kolektivni ugovor?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Sindikat.<\/strong><br \/>\nNijedan benefit iz KU \u2014 od du\u017eeg odmora, preko jubilarnih nagrada, do dodatnih prava u slu\u010daju otkaza ili bolesti \u2014 nije dat \u201eodozgo\u201c. Sve je to <strong>izboreno, predlo\u017eeno i \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0pregovarano od strane sindikata<\/strong>, u dugim i slo\u017eenim procesima.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u0160ta zna\u010di kad sindikat ima samo 17% \u010dlanova?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>To zna\u010di da <strong>smo na ivici da izgubimo reprezentativnost<\/strong> \u2013 zakonski minimum potreban da sindikat uop\u0161te mo\u017ee da pregovara o kolektivnom ugovoru. Bez te reprezentativnosti:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Nema vi\u0161e prava van onih iz Zakona o radu<\/li>\n<li>Nema jubilarnih nagrada<\/li>\n<li>Nema dodatnih dana odmora<\/li>\n<li>Nema regresa, toplog obroka<\/li>\n<li>Nema stipendija za decu preminulih kolega \u2026<\/li>\n<li>Nema pregovora \u2013 poslodavac odlu\u010duje sam<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Moralna odgovornost manjine<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Danas <strong>17% zaposlenih<\/strong> \u010dlanstvom u sindikatu finansira i brani prava koja koristi <strong>100% zaposlenih<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>To nije odr\u017eivo.<\/p>\n<p>To nije pravedno.<\/p>\n<p>I to ne mo\u017ee dugo trajati.<\/p>\n<p><strong>P<\/strong><strong>oziv na razumevanje i solidarnost<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Kolektivni ugovor nije poklon<\/strong>. On je rezultat zajedni\u010dke borbe, vere i ulaganja manjine. Ako ta manjina nastavi da se smanjuje \u2014 poslodavac ne\u0107e imati s kim da pregovara.<\/p>\n<p>Zato vas pozivamo da ne budete samo korisnici sistema \u2014 budite njegovi \u010dlanovi i branioci.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ako mislite da KU treba da ostane i bude jo\u0161 bolji, u\u010dlanjenjem pokazujete da vam je stalo.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Samo 600 RSD mese\u010dno = manje od jedne kafe nedeljno.<\/strong><br \/>\nZa to dobijate sigurnije uslove rada, vi\u0161e dana odmora, dodatna prava i pravnu za\u0161titu.<br \/>\nBez toga \u2014 vra\u0107amo se na Zakon o radu.<\/p>\n<h3>Ni\u0161ta vi\u0161e.
